This garden bird feeder is design to sit on a flat surface, stand, table or platform.
You can use mixed seeds or sunflower seeds for the wild birds.
It feeds 8 to12 birds at a time.

This platform bird feeder has a hay barn appearance, including loafing sheds on each side with roof which are the feed areas, simulated boards on all sides, and trim to simulate the barn and loft doors, and two hitching rails on each end.

This hay barn bird feeder comes plumbed with many drains under the feed area, including drain channels.  The right roof lifts up for filling it with seeds and has a hook to keep it closed during windy days.  It is handcrafted using 7/8" cedar.

Like all our bird feeders it has a raised dispenser floor to prevent the potential of water seeping in under the bird feeder into the seed bunker.

The platform bird feeds have two screw holes in the front and back centers to secure it to the platform if desired.  By removing four screws on the bottom you can take the top off for a complete cleaning.

The hitching rails seem to be the favorite spot for the birds to await their turn at the feeders.
