Dealer Information & Requirements

Our Company Name - Birds Eye View bird houses or bird feeders is a part of the overall family businesses of familybusinesses.com. Our family members have a choice to put their website within familybusinesses.com website or to have their on website with links to each other. Just so everyone is clear about Birds Eye View, it is my personal therapist, OK!

Your Company Name - address and phone number should be included when requesting wholesale pricing so we can verify you are a legitimate business with a physical location or internet website, to qualify for wholesale prices.

Wholesale Price - We'll email you the wholesale discount and basic information about ordering bird houses and bird feeders.  Your personal markup is your business.

Website Information - When you contact us that you want to add our bird houses and bird feeders to your product line on your website, and everything checks out , we'll email you the wholesale webpages to help you add our products to your website, it will include all pictures and color combinations.

Drop shipment - you take the order, we build it and ship direct to your customer, and you take care of your customer.

Minimum Orders - There isn't any requirement.

Delivery Time - for most, orders will be shipped in about 10 working days, depending on number of orders in line and/or weather.

Shipping - The customer and/or dealer pays all shipping, handling and insurance costs. We prefer using USPS Priority 2 - 3 day shipping, however, we also offer USPS ground.  If you have an account with UPS or another preferred shipper, we'll notify you when the order is ready for pickup.

Payments - are due before staining and final assembly starts, which may change the initial shipping date if payment arrives late. Just talk to us, sometimes we can work around it or prior arrangements are made.

Individual Hand Crafting - takes time, therefore, all orders will take time to complete, especially if your order has specific colors, etc. Some of these birdhouses and bird feeders have over 100 parts, not to mention 100's of cuts, drilling holes, sanding and paint or staining. We simply ask for your help by placing your orders as early as possible, especially for spring deliveries, this helps us a great deal.

A Personal Note:   We have between 5 to 12 man hours per unit, plus the cost of materials and equipment. We know that after you add your margin on these units they will be a little pricey. We refuse to compromise the birds safety and comfort, and feel that a "Real" birdhouse or bird feeder built to the specifications of the "Audubon Society" and U.S. Fish and Wildlife", should also be an attractive addition to a backyard. Most "Bird Lovers" will only settle for the best and that's the market we are satisfying.
