Dog House Construction in Logs

The dog house construction is 6" half pine peeled logs to reduce weight and provide flat walls inside.

The dog house construction of the floors are made from 2" x 4" on 24" centers cover with 5/8" plywood.

The porch construction is 10" x 50" and the outside measurements are 50" x 50".

Each log cabin dog house is fitted with skids, 2"x4" for moving to another location.

The roof is 33" high and covered with cedar shakes.

The entire log cabin is all weather sealed.

We will consider construction of a custom log cabin dog house.

About Us - Ty and Renee Robison

Ty and Renee have lived in Enumclaw, WA most of their lives.

The have three children, one girl and two boys.

Enumclaw is a small town on a plateau at the foothills of the cascades with an unobstructed view of Mt. Rainier.

Renee's family has been living in Enumclaw since the yearly 1900's, one great grandfather was a homesteader there.

Enumclaw is located 50 miles SE of Seattle, WA and has become a haven for professionals from Seattle/Tacoma area.

Ty owned and operated his company, TMR Contracting, Inc., working in the logging industry for 20 years.

Ty's Kids Log Cabins has been discontinued, all the kids are grown up.

Ty now owners a Pile Driving company for lake docks which is also part of Robison & Robison, Inc.

Renee owns and operates her company, R & R Accounting & Tax Service, for over 20 Years.

The construction of the first log cabin playhouse was started in 1990, the dog houses began in 1998.

Renee's father owns and operates familybusinesses.com for the family, family friends and other family business clients.
